If you would like to return an item please email intern@merriewoode.com or call (828) 743-3300.
Missing Packages
Most of our packages are shipped through UPS. Once your order is shipped, you are emailed your package's tracking number. Please reference this number for updates on the delivery of your package.
If you have any issues with the delivery of your package, we recommend you file a claim through UPS.
If our records show your package was properly shipped, Camp Merrie-Woode is not responsible for sending replacements of items.
